Investigo was engaged by a global public sector organisation undertaking a major transformation across HR, People, and Organisational Development functions. The client required both permanent and interim HR talent to support a complex programme of change and ensure continuity across global operations.

Key challenges included: 

• Delivering a mix of permanent and interim HR staff for the organisation-wide change programme 
• Creating a consistent global brand message to be adopted throughout the organisation 
• Re-evaluating and redesigning global pay and reward structures

1. Collaborative service redesign with the outgoing Director of People and OD, including building job descriptions and the new organisational structure. 
2. Sourcing senior international talent, including Director of People & OD and International Pay and Reward Lead roles. 
3. Deploying interim HR Business Partners, Services Manager, and System Transformation Lead roles to implement the redesigned service and ensure continuity during the transition. 
4. Knowledge transfer and handover, replacing interim staff with permanent hires fully embedded into the new operating model.
