About the Business Our client is a small but mighty organisation in Milton Keynes, experiencing rapid growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. With multiple subsidiaries and increasingly complex accounting requirements, this is a business where you’ll never be bored.
The Role As Finance Manager, you’ll work directly with the Head of Finance (ACA, Big 4), who will be a fantastic mentor and sounding board as you transition into industry. This is a role designed for potential as much as experience, giving you exposure to:
- Consolidation across multiple entities
- Audit and technical accounting
- Supporting commercial finance as the business scales
- Helping shape processes and controls in a growing group structure
